My name is Carol Piles or Cookie Mama… I answer to both.  Cookie Mama! was established in 2006 out of my home and born out of my love for cookies.  I found myself home with napping babies and time to perfect a cookie recipe I liked, but thought could be better.  So much baking, sampling then baking and sampling again. I baked for friends and then friends of friends and before long total strangers called to order cookies. It snowballed from there and my hobby turned into my business. Soon enough my business outgrew my home and I eventually landed at Siegi’s Sausage Factory. Now that my littles are grown kids, my little business is growing too and I am so excited to be in a shop all my own! I still love cookies and baking cookies and hope you enjoy Cookie Mama! cookies and treats as much as I do.
